Welcome to Kundalini Rising – This is a community for women, offering in-person retreats and online programmes.
We work with a combination of Kundalini Yoga, breathwork, meditation, sound & energy healing, nutrition & detoxing and Kundalini activations.
We are passionate about supporting you to release old patterns, rejuvenate and rise into the most healthy, vital, strong and truly beautiful version of you.
Women of all ages, shapes, sizes, fitness and abilities are welcome to come and benefit from these transformative practices, at whatever level and pace works best for you at this time.

For over 10 years, Claire Cockburn has been a dedicated facilitator, wellness coach, and transformational guide, helping individuals live a more fulfilled, vibrant, and balanced life.
She is the founder of HiVibe Detox Centre, which offers holistic detox programs and nutrition support, and ‘Cleanse & Restore’ Retreats.
With a deep passion for holistic healing, energy work, and feminine empowerment, Claire’s approach integrates Kundalini practices, breathwork, nutrition, and detoxification to help people reclaim their vitality, clear energetic blockages, and step into their highest potential.
